Trinity Beach Accommodation

Trinity Beach is the place to be. There is an abundance of accommodation at Trinity Beach ranging from 3 Star Apartments to the Luxury 5 Star Resorts. 

Trinity Beach is sheltered between two large headlands, so all you can see from your beach towel as you soak up the rays is the blue water of the Pacific Ocean.

Trinity Beach is very popular with everyone in Cairns and has a huge selection of take-away shops, restaurants, small shopping centres and accommodation.

The beach is lined with picnic tables and barbeques that are free to use. The swaying palm trees and aroma of hot fish and chips make Trinity Beach a marvellous place for a family outing or an afternoon get-together with friends.

To access Trinity Beach, drive north along the Captain Cook Highway until you reach the roundabout with the sign directing you to TRINITY BEACH. Take a right turn here and follow the road all the way to the end. 

Catamaran and sailboard hire is also available on the beachfront, and the shaded tables, picnic areas and free BBQ make the esplanade frontage the ideal spot for a relaxing beach picnic. 

Accommodation in Trinity Beach is generally boutique, but without the price tag most within walking distance to the beach. Perhaps the best part of the accommodation properties in Trinity Beach is that they make you feel as though you're in a very special and exclusive destination.

Family accommodation, as well as luxury apartments and penthouses are in plentiful supply in Trinity Beach, and it is an excellent base being in the middle of Cairns' northern beaches from which to explore other closeby destinations like Cairns, Palm Cove and Port Douglas.

Tropical North Queensland basically has two seasons. Winter (from May to November) has warm temperatures and low rainfall with an average temperature of 17°C to 25°C. Summer, also known as the Green Season, is from December through to April and is characterised by high humidity, high rainfall and average temperatures of 22°C to 33°C.

Local Car Hire is available (at low prices) in Trinity Beach as well as Beach Summer Wear where you can get tailor-made swimsuits to suit all ages.

Shopping is just a 5 minute stroll away with Coastwatchers Shopping Centre offering a selection of products and services including, bakery, butcher, hair and beauty, medical centre, Post Office, newsagent, pharmacy, video shop, bottle shop, and Foodworks Supermarket. Foodworks supermarket is open every day from 7am to 9pm.
